Floyd Fay
Utility Superintendent

Floyd Fay is a native of Eldorado.  He was a graduate of Eldorado High School, Class of 1982.  

Floyd joined the military in 1986.  After serving for five years, he returned home to Eldorado.  Floyd joined the City as a member of the Road Department.  He was later promoted to the position of Assistant City Superintendent. 

Throughout his career, Floyd has obtained certifications in Water, Wastewater and Gas operations.  He currently serves the city as its City Superintendent.  He oversees the Water, Wastewater, Gas, Sanitation, and Landfill operations of the City.
